We take most cases on a contingency-fee basis. This means that clients are not responsible for attorney fees until their case is successfully concluded. Whenever possible, we seek recovery of our attorney fees from the other party so that our client's compensation is maximized. In all other contingency-fee cases our attorney fees are limited to a percentage clearly specified in our attorney-client retainer agreement.
We are located in the historic Morgan Building in the heart of Downtown Portland just two blocks off Pioneer Square. We are conveniently located close to several parking garages, the Max line, and the TriMet Portland Transit Mall.
