We take most cases on a contingency-fee basis. This means that clients are not responsible for attorney fees until their case is successfully concluded. Whenever possible, we seek recovery of our attorney fees from the other party so that our client's compensation is maximized. In all other contingency-fee cases our attorney fees are limited to a percentage clearly specified in our attorney-client retainer agreement.
We are located in the Umpqua Bank Plaza on downtown Portland's waterfront, convenient to public parking and mass transit.
